The house

The 2,065-square-foot home has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two living areas. The primary suite occupies its own floor, and the family room has a gas fireplace. Air conditioning, in-floor heating and ceiling fans provide climate control.

A balcony offers mountain views, and a gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, television with cable or satellite service, and a washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, fresh towels, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided.

Parking accommodates three vehicles: one small and one large car in the garage, plus one vehicle outside. The home has a private entrance and self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Downtown Steamboat Springs is a four-minute drive away. The base of Steamboat Ski Resort is 2.4 miles away, Fish Creek Falls is 4.2 miles away, and Yampa River Botanic Park is nearby. Dogs and children are welcome.
