What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-out is at 10:30 a.m. Check-in time has not yet been finalized.
What is the difference between the King and Queen suites?
All suites have the same layout, square footage and amenities. The only difference is the bed size.
Is a deposit or credit card required to hold a reservation?
A valid credit card is required to book, and photo ID is requested at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Individual reservations require seven days' notice for cancellation. Group reservations require at least 30 days' notice.
Are cots, cribs or other sleeping surfaces available?
No. Cots, cribs and additional sleeping surfaces are not available. Each suite has one king or one queen bed and is set up for the number of guests that bed configuration supports.
