The second-floor apartment is accessible by lift. Panoramic windows brighten the living room, which has a vintage bookshelf, two grey sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Sliding doors connect it to a study with a desk that also serves as a sleeping area.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the neighbourhood and includes a generous dining area. Equipment includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and crockery. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided.
The principal bedroom has soft carpeting, a red armchair, an exercise bike and a bookshelf. The second bedroom has a double Murphy bed. One bathroom has a shower and wash basin; the other has a bath, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate WC with a wash basin.
The apartment has central heating, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. Children and infants are welcome. Nearby apartment renovations may cause noise during working hours.
