The open-plan living and dining area has chevron parquet flooring, wicker chairs, a driftwood-inspired archway, a grey couch and bookshelves with novels. A stone-look dining table with chairs and a built-in bench seats at least eight diners.

The kitchen has grey-green cabinets, white counters, wicker pendant lights and a window overlooking greenery. Equipment includes a hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The primary sleeping room has a king-sized bed, inset bedside tables, bookshelves and full-height windows overlooking the street. A children's room contains toys, dolls and a small single bed suitable only for a child under seven. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin; a separate WC has a toilet and washbasin.
