Can I request arrival outside standard check-in hours?
Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00. Contact Veeve to request check-in outside these hours. An additional fee applies to check-in between 21:00 and 23:00.
Are baby cots and high chairs available?
Baby cots and high chairs can be hired, subject to availability at the property.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund applies when cancelling at least five days before check-in. Cancellations made less than five days before arrival are non-refundable. The full cancellation policy provides further details.
