The house

Park Place Condo has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and an open living area with a couch, loveseat, armchair, television and fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to a large mountain-view balcony with a high-top table for four. The entryway has hooks and a bench, and a ski locker is available.

The open kitchen includes a three-stool breakfast bar, cooking basics, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator. A dining table has four chairs and a bench. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, and the guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower. Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the living area.

Shared facilities include community hot tubs and a community pool. The condo has free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a private entrance and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials. Bed linens and towels are provided. Parking is first come, first served; a garage is also included in the amenities.

Historic Main Street is a four-minute walk away. Snowflake Lift is a short walk or one shuttle stop away, with a return route via the 4 O’Clock Run. The nearest ski lifts include Snowflake Lift and the BreckConnect Gondola.
