Park Place Condo has vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and an open living area with a couch, loveseat, armchair, television and fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to a large mountain-view balcony with a high-top table for four. The entryway has hooks and a bench, and a ski locker is available.

The open kitchen includes a three-stool breakfast bar, cooking basics, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and refrigerator. A dining table has four chairs and a bench. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, and the guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower. Additional sleeping accommodation is available in the living area.

Shared facilities include community hot tubs and a community pool. The condo has free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, a private entrance and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials. Historic Main Street is a four-minute walk away. Snowflake Lift is a short walk or one shuttle stop away, with a return route via the 4 O’Clock Run. The nearest ski lifts include Snowflake Lift and the BreckConnect Gondola.

Maximum overnight occupancy is seven. The lead guest named on the booking must be at least 25 years old. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The reservation holder must be present throughout the stay. For bookings within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, or extensions to an existing stay, contact the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation.
