The condo has a U-shaped layout, floor-to-ceiling glass, wood floors and multiple furnished seating areas. The indoor dining area opens onto a deep covered lanai with ceiling fans, lounge seating, outdoor dining and a built-in grill.

The equipped kitchen includes an island with seating, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, ice machine, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, food processor, mixer, cookware and utensils.

The primary suite has ocean views, a walk-in closet, dual sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has mountain views and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 3 has mountain and city views and dual sinks. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ensuite facilities.

Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, Smart TV, washer and dryer, beach towels, additional bedding and private garage parking are provided. The building has secure access, security cameras and a smoke detector.

Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, spa facilities, private dining rooms, a club lounge with lanai and fire pit, BBQ cabanas, a garden and a resident golf cart amenity. There is 24-hour security and concierge-style support. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. A private secured elevator connects directly to Ala Moana Center.
