The suite has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a den with a sleeper sofa and writing nook. The primary bedroom has ocean views and lanai access; its bathroom has a tub and shower. The guest bedroom also has ocean views.

The open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a dining table for six, television, and Sonos audio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, rice cooker, wine fridge, ice machine, and dishware. The lanai provides outdoor dining, sunset seating, and a private BBQ grill overlooking the Great Lawn and ocean.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, linens, beach towels, and free garage parking are provided. Shared facilities include a community pool, hot tubs, sauna, spa, fitness center, garden, and dining and barbecue areas. Concierge and 24-hour security services are available. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Ala Moana Beach Park is across the street, and Kaka‘ako dining, nightlife, and shopping can be explored on foot. Hanauma Bay is 13 miles away and Diamond Head is 6 miles away by a short drive.

Rentals are exclusively monthly with a 30-day minimum. Standard occupancy is four guests, with a maximum of six subject to an extra-guest fee. Pets are considered.
