Park Hotel has 70 guestrooms across three floors, including two rooms specially adapted and equipped for disabled guests. The rooms have an industrial loft style, concrete floors and ceilings, wooden writing desks, occasional chairs, painted walls, velvet curtains and private balconies. Room categories include Standard Room Twin, Standard Room Double, Superior Room Twin and Superior View King. During the Tsinandali Music Festival, rooms are equipped with instruments for invited musicians; at other times, the instruments are kept in seminar and conference halls.
