A heather-covered terrace provides space for outdoor barbecues, with two sun loungers alongside a chlorine-treated pool measuring 6 × 3 m and 1.32 m deep. The pool is available from May 1 to October 31.

Inside, an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has a ceramic hob, microwave, round dining table, armchairs and satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. A sofa bed in the living room can be prepared for two additional guests. A cot and high chair can also be provided for a baby. Ducted air conditioning serves the whole house. The laundry area includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
