The house

Paradise Palm Ranch offers 8,254 square feet of living space surrounded by mature palms, landscaped grounds and raised garden beds. The Grand Gatsby living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors and a stone fireplace, with views toward the grounds and pool. There is a separate formal dining area, an upstairs lounge, and a Mykonos gathering room with an island mural and fireplace beside an eight-seat informal dining area.

The kitchen includes professional-grade appliances, two dishwashers, a breakfast bar, wine fridge and extensive preparation space. French doors connect the kitchen and informal dining area to a covered outdoor kitchen, bar, and outdoor living and dining space beside the private pool. The grounds also include a hot tub, water features, fire pit, patios and poolside loungers.

The upper-level primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, cedar-lined dressing room and private balcony facing west. Guest bedroom 2 has a walk-in closet; guest bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private balcony. Guest bedroom 4 is a nursery with a crib, changing table and sitting area. Guest bedroom 5 has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and mountain views. Guest bedroom 6 has a Murphy bed, ensuite bathroom, work desk and French doors to the side patio, outdoor kitchen and pool. All six bedrooms have central air conditioning.

Additional facilities include an executive office with a substantial wood desk and patio-facing French doors, a wine cellar, laundry space with washer and dryer, garage and driveway parking, Wi-Fi, heating, television and Sonos audio. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available; beach-equipment rentals carry an additional charge. A starter supply of paper goods, toiletries, laundry detergent and kitchen basics covers the first two to three days, depending on group size. Children are welcome, and longer stays are allowed. A car is necessary.
