The house

The home spans three levels and has five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Its estimated sleeping capacity is 15. On Level 1, two queen ensuite bedrooms have shower/tub combinations and deck access. A den has a daybed and trundle, and this level also has a half bathroom.

Level 2 has two oceanside king ensuite bedrooms with standing showers, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk set and trundle. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and covered decks.

Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen, dining area, a half bathroom and open decks. Kitchen equipment includes two refrigerators and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Outside, there is a private pool with a shallow area and a hot tub.
