House rules
No smoking. Maximum one dog; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and may not enter pools or hot tubs. Check-in and checkout are on Saturday. Early check-in at 13:00 is optional, subject to limited availability and confirmation after booking, for $195 plus tax. Guests supply replenishments of paper products, trash bags and soaps after the arrival starter supplies.
Getting there
The home is one home back from the beach. White's Point Access serves the beach; the walkway is a few homes north, with no streets to cross. Parking is limited to five vehicles. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.
