# Paradise Found II Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 14 guests in five bedrooms, with five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The third-floor great room has a furnished living area, large windows with ocean views and an entertainment center. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area. Decks provide outdoor seating and ocean breezes. The third-floor ensuite bedroom has a king bed, deck access, a standing shower and a whirlpool tub. Three second-floor ensuite bedrooms each have a king bed, a shower/tub combination and deck access. The ground-floor bedroom has a double/twin duo bunk and a trundle, with a semi-private bathroom that also opens to the common space. The ground-floor recreation room has a queen sleeper sofa, a full-size refrigerator and access to the pool patio; laundry facilities are also on this level. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The pool is listed as 11 × 26, with seasonal opening dates. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. Pine Island community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a gym, playground and beach access. Dining and entertainment in Duck and Corolla are within easy driving distance. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are provided. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities; guests provide further paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.
