Before you book
House rules
Only non-shedding, housebroken dogs are permitted. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and dogs must be kept in a crate when guests are not with them. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus tax applies. A waiver is required to use the seven provided bikes. Travel insurance is not included. Wire transfers are not accepted. An active security camera is positioned over the driveway. A covered, non-recording exterior camera is near the pool and is not monitored during guest stays.
Getting there
The home is in Seacrest West. Deeded beach access is a three-minute walk or one-minute bike ride away. Seven bikes are included with a required waiver. Additional bikes can be rented. LSVs are not allowed in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
