Only non-shedding, housebroken dogs are permitted. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and dogs must be kept in a crate when guests are not with them. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus tax applies. A waiver is required to use the seven provided bikes. Travel insurance is not included. Wire transfers are not accepted. An active security camera is positioned over the driveway. A covered, non-recording exterior camera is near the pool and is not monitored during guest stays.
