The house

The estate occupies half an acre of beachfront land and has 4,705 square feet of interiors across a two-story layout. Disappearing Fleetwood doors connect the open-plan living and dining areas to the pool terrace. Group dining space is complemented by seating at the oversized kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigeration, a Bosch dishwasher, an espresso machine and granite countertops.

Three upstairs bedrooms have king beds and ensuite bathrooms; the primary bedroom also has a walk-in closet, and the primary and second bedrooms have ocean views. A downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and split air conditioning. Two further queen bedrooms are upstairs in the separate Ohana unit, each with central air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Outdoor facilities include a private oceanfront pool, hot tub, covered dining lanai, private multi-use pickleball and tennis court, landscaped garden and beachfront lawn leading directly to the sand. Beach towels, chairs, toys and an umbrella are provided.

The home has high-speed Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly work nooks, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, a three-car garage and free parking. Solar panels, smart security, security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. Smart TV, linens, a hair dryer, iron and safe are available. A ground-floor suite and bath are described as ADA-friendly; accessibility inquiries are invited.

The estate is exclusively yours for a minimum thirty-day stay. Children are welcome. Self check-in and check-out and 24-hour check-in are offered.
