The house

Papala Place accommodates eight guests in a fully air-conditioned home with high ceilings, multiple sitting areas and sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. The main living area has sectional seating, ceiling fans and a smart TV; the adjacent dining table seats eight.

The equipped kitchen has island seating, wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and rice cooker. Outdoors are a built-in grill and outdoor kitchen, covered lanais, dining spaces, shaded and sunny lounge areas, a private lawn, volleyball net and cornhole. The pool is accompanied by a raised spa, with sunset views from the upper terrace.

The primary bedroom is upstairs and has an ocean-view balcony and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 is downstairs; Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 are upstairs. All bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, extra bedding, an iron and hair dryer are available. Entertainment includes smart TV and satellite or cable TV. The home has a private entrance, smart-lock entry and self check-in/check-out. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting. Free parking is available. Local markets, coffee spots and casual eateries are within strolling distance; beach access and shoreline paths are nearby. Golf, hiking, historical sites, shopping, spas, tennis and water sports are a short drive away.
