The house

The apartment accommodates four guests on the first floor, with elevator access. An entrance hallway has a washing machine and coat rack. The living area includes a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen, and opens onto a small balcony. There are two double bedrooms with two queen-size beds in total and one bathroom with a shower.

Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

The apartment is in Palermo's historic center, within the ZTL limited traffic zone. Nearby sights include the Martorana Church and the Church of San Cataldo. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 40-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 15-minute drive away. Construction, clubs and gathering places can cause noise during the day and night.

Arrival must be arranged with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability. A tourist tax may be payable at arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount depending on local regulations.
