Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies under local regulations, and reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access. It is within the ZTL limited traffic zone; leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places may cause daytime and nighttime noise. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 40-minute drive away; Palermo Centrale train station is a 15-minute drive away.
