The apartment accommodates four guests on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The living area has a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen, with access to a small balcony. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies under local regulations, and reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
