Ellös Hamn's rocky beach is 500 m away and Sörkilens sandy beach is 750 m away. The house is on a rocky plateau. Open-air parking provides two spaces at the same building.

Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including children. The entire house must be rented; renting only one floor is not possible. Smoking, electric-car charging and parties or events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 21 years are not accepted. Dogs and pets are allowed. Final cleaning is mandatory. A refundable security deposit is reserved on arrival and released within one week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.
