House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime people noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. Up to four pets are welcome; share pet details with the team.

The condo is in southern Palm Springs. Downtown Palm Springs is just over four miles away. Shopping, restaurants and hiking trails are minutes away, and Araby Trail is nearby.
