## About the house

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and views across the water, framed by vintage cranes, towards City Hall and Canary Wharf. The living area connects to a dining space, and a rear veranda opens onto a private garden. A balcony is also available.

The bedroom has one king-size bed. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower. The equipped kitchen includes a cooker, hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware and tableware. A washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating, TV and free Wi-Fi are provided; fans are available on request.

Free street parking is available. The home is suitable for children and infants; a baby cot and highchair can be hired. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

Guests receive a personal welcome on arrival. The home is professionally cleaned and supplied with linens, towels and toiletries. Complimentary weekly cleaning and weekly linen changes for longer stays are available. Turndown service is also offered.

The London Cable Car is eight minutes away and offers a route to the O2. City Hall is seven minutes away on foot, and ExCel London is 10 minutes away.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
