The property has seven units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and beach-view guest rooms. Apartments have private entrances, open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens and balconies or terraces. Guest rooms are on the ground floor and have private garden entrances. Shared areas include a traditional verandah, garden sun deck, water bar and small library. The property has a minimum stay of three nights.

Beau Vallon Beach is a one-minute walk from an apartment or room; the property describes the beach as 25 steps away. Victoria is a 10-minute drive or 15–20 minutes by bus. Seychelles International Airport is a 25-minute drive. A bus stop is a one-minute walk away; buses run about every 30 minutes to Victoria, early morning to 7 pm, with less frequent service on Sundays and public holidays. Bus service does not permit suitcases or bulky baggage. Private gated parking is available for EUR 5 per day.

Minimum stay is three nights. Breakfast is available for EUR 15 per person, at 8:00 or 8:30 am, and must be booked in-house. Airport transfers are EUR 50 one way for up to 3 people or EUR 60 for 4–7 people. Transfers to or from Inter Island Quay Jetty are EUR 30 one way for up to 3 people or EUR 40 for 4–7 people. Transfer payment is made directly to the driver. Car rental can be arranged; the property says drivers must be at least 23 and have a valid driver’s licence and a credit card or cash deposit for excess.
