The house

Pandia has 97 sqm of living space. The bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, TV and an ensuite marble bathroom with a shower and standalone bathtub. The living area has a sofa bed and TV; both rooms open onto the pool terrace and have pool and sea views. A kitchenette includes a breakfast bar, espresso machine and kettle. Outside are a garden, sun loungers, umbrellas, a lounge area and a dining area seating up to four. Bath amenities, towels, pool towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are provided. On-site hotel facilities include a fully equipped gym and a spa with a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Personal trainer sessions and Pilates programs are available. Included services comprise a welcome drink, a bottle of wine on arrival, daily breakfast, daily housekeeping, daily linen and towel changes, daily pool-towel changes and luggage assistance. Arrival delicacies, dedicated concierge support and personal check-in service are included. Chef service, transfers, yacht charters, grocery supply, VIP reservations, security, car rental, helicopter transfers and babysitting are available on request.
