What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. Guests arriving earlier may leave luggage in the lobby.
Are connecting rooms available?
Traditional connecting room configurations are not offered. Deluxe Two Bedroom and Premier Two Bedroom options have a king bedroom and twin bedroom located across a connected hallway.
What are the bed sizes?
King beds measure 200 cm by 200 cm. Twin beds measure 200 cm by 100 cm each. Selected loft-style rooms have loft bedding measuring 200 cm by 90 cm.
Is there a swimming pool?
The Beach Terrace has a lagoon pool and a 22-metre lap pool.
Who can use the Pacific Club Lounge?
Access is available to guests staying in Pacific Club Balcony King, Pacific Club Balcony Loft, Beach Club Pool Access Loft and Terrace Suites. Children aged 12 and below may use the outdoor seating area during designated service periods; indoor seating is reserved for guests aged 13 and above.
Are laundry services available?
Laundry services are available at an additional charge. Guests with Pacific Club privileges receive two complimentary pieces of laundry.
