# Palmer's Panorama Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house Set on an acre with mature landscaping at an elevation of more than 50 feet, the home has 150 feet of ocean frontage and panoramic ocean-to-sound views from all levels. A private beach walkway has steps, and a sound-side dock reserved for Palmer’s Island community guests is a short stroll away. The home received the Judges’ Award of Excellence and People’s Choice Award at the 2018 OBX Parade of Homes. All 12 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Four are suites with deck access: three on the south side and one facing the sound with a large private deck. Ten bedrooms have king beds; the two remaining bedrooms each have two bunk sets. There are 12 full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The top level contains the great room, kitchen, dining area and parlor. The parlor has a bar and opens onto a wraparound deck. A middle-level den and lower-level recreation room with a pool table also have wraparound-deck access. The lower level includes a theater room. An elevator reaches the top floor near the kitchen, and laundry facilities are available on every floor. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool with a poolside cabana, two hot tubs, a gas grill, dune deck and outdoor shower. The covered recreation area beneath the home offers mini-golf, giant tic-tac-toe, shuffleboard, cornhole, horseshoes and ping pong. Other amenities include a basketball hoop, putting green, arcade game, cable TV, wet bar, outdoor furniture and pool alarm. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. A beach cabana service with six beach chairs and one tent is offered May 25–September 12, 2026, and May 31–September 11, 2027. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027. Bookings more than 51 weeks in advance are permitted.
