San Lorenzo beach is 450 m away. A 200 m unpaved gravel track leads from the entrance gate to the parking area. The property is in the countryside between the Vendicari Nature Reserve and Marzamemi; Pachino, with shops and restaurants, is 6 km away.

Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not fenced. Extra cleaning is mandatory when bringing animals.
