House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. A two-night minimum stay applies.
Getting there
Downtown Palm Springs is one mile west and can be reached on foot, by bicycle or by car. The Palm Springs Convention Center and Agua Caliente Spa and Casino are within walking distance. Indian Canyons is five miles south, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is seven miles west.
