House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors or from the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Pool and spa heating is optional for an additional daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
Palm Canyon Drive is half a mile east and can be reached on foot or by bicycle. Tahquitz Canyon is three miles south, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is six miles west.
