## About the house

The home accommodates up to nine guests in a quiet residential community. A screened lanai surrounds the private pool, with deck loungers, covered seating, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen have tiled floors, vaulted ceilings and sliding doors onto the pool deck. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a microwave, an oven and stove, counter and cabinet space, and a breakfast bar. The dining table seats six, and the living area has a sectional sofa. Heating, air conditioning, TV, a patio and a garden/backyard are available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and direct access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has two twin beds; Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a twin bed, with a desk in the double-bed room. The three secondary bedrooms share a second full bathroom. Bedrooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are also available for additional sleeping arrangements. An in-home washer and dryer are provided.

Disney's nearest gates are about 15–20 minutes away, Universal is roughly 30–35 minutes up I-4, SeaWorld is a little closer, and LEGOLAND is about 40 minutes south in Winter Haven. ChampionsGate is under 10 minutes away for Publix groceries and casual restaurants. Posner Park offers additional shopping, dining and a movie theater.

The home is not part of a community resort and has no access to community amenities such as a pool or gym. Pool and spa heating is available November 1–March 31 for an additional fee. Parking is limited to one car, and up to two approved pets are allowed for a fee.
