House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible from the property line violates the city ordinance. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable. Daytime is 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Getting there
The home is on a quiet street in Tahquitz River Estates in South Palm Springs, within walking distance of the ACE hotel and Koffi. Palm Canyon Drive is less than two miles north.
