The house

The renovated condo has wood floors, new furniture, Hawaiian-themed artwork and a private lanai overlooking the Pacific and resort gardens. The living room has a smart TV and sliding glass doors to the lanai, while the window-lined dining area has ocean views.

The primary suite has a king bed, vaulted ceiling, garden view, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The guest loft has two twin beds, vaulted ceiling, ocean and garden views, a ceiling fan and its own bathroom. A queen-size pull-out sofa in the common space accommodates the fifth guest.

The kitchen has updated cabinets and appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, dishes and utensils. Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, a cooler and a Bluetooth speaker are provided; a Pack ’n Play is available upon request. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Guests have access to a community pool, hot tub, free parking and an on-site restaurant. There is no air conditioning and there are no resort or parking fees. Hideaways Beach and Queen’s Bath can be reached on foot. Princeville Golf Course, Princeville Shopping Center and dining options are nearby. A car is recommended.
