Pets are not allowed. The HOA requires a three-night minimum stay year-round. Travel insurance is not included in quotes and wire transfers are not accepted.
Getting there
The condominium has direct beach access behind the building to the white-sand beaches of Panama City Beach. It is on the west end of Panama City Beach, with Pier Park nearby. The beach access is described as direct, but no distance, route conditions or vehicle requirement is specified.
