The house

The apartment has two living areas. A mezzanine-style loft near the entrance contains a living room with a sofa and an open-plan kitchen. The second living area has two sofas, a desk, a large dining table and another open-plan kitchen, with two balconies overlooking Palermo’s narrow streets. An internal iron staircase leads to an upper-floor sitting area with two coffee tables. Double bedrooms have en-suite facilities; an upper-floor en-suite includes a shower and another includes a bath. A bedroom also has an adjoining living area with convertible sofa sleeping space.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, television and satellite TV are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and toaster; a hairdryer is also provided. The apartment is on the first floor with a lift, with stairs inside the apartment.

The accommodation is 40 km from Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport and 1 km from Palermo Central Station. The historic-centre location is within a restricted traffic zone. Construction work and nearby bars and gathering places may cause noise during the day and at night.
