The square pool is approximately 7 x 7 m, has a uniform depth of 1.30 m, chlorine purification and internal lighting. It is surrounded by a lawn with sunbeds and umbrellas and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is at the edge of Ottiglio in the Monferrato hills. The access road is paved to the entrance. Parking for up to eight cars is in the courtyard in front of the gate, with no car access inside the property. The pool is on a lower garden level; twelve steps lead from the pool lawn to the kitchen terrace and five further steps lead to the upper garden level and main entrance.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. One pet is allowed; more than one requires a separate agreement. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
