The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. The living room has two sofas, including a double sofa bed, and a TV. An adjoining dining room has a mezzanine study area with a desk, and an additional living area provides an armchair.

Three bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The three bathrooms comprise one with a shower, one with a bathtub, and a guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, juicer and kettle. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and satellite TV are available.

Other accommodations occupy the same building. The central neighborhood has clubs that may cause evening and nighttime noise. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL); leaving the car in nearby parking facilities and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Como train station is a five-minute walk away, and Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
