Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax, varying according to local regulations, may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The apartment is in a ZTL limited traffic zone. Leave your car in a nearby parking facility and explore the old town on foot. Clubs in the central area may cause noise during the evening and night. Internal stairs lead to the living-room loft, and the master bedroom's ensuite bathroom is accessible from its loft. Como train station is a five-minute walk away; Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
