Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor in Como's limited traffic zone (ZTL). Leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Nearby clubs may cause evening and nighttime noise. Other accommodations occupy the building. Como train station is a five-minute walk away; Milan Malpensa Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
