The apartment has a large living area with a double sofa bed, dining table and open-plan kitchen. A French door opens onto a private furnished porch equipped for outdoor dining. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower stall. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and juicer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television, satellite TV, fans and a hairdryer are available.
