Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Before arrival, guests must complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax through the supplied payment link. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia train station is 2.5 km away.
