The loft is located on the ground floor of Palazzo Ferrara and extends over several levels, all below the street level of Piazza Indipendenza. Steps connect the rooms. The entrance opens onto a living area with two armchairs, with stairs descending to a fully equipped kitchen. A separate lounge has a double sofa bed and overlooks the private garden. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the accommodation has one bathroom.
The garden is for guests’ exclusive use and offers views of Parc D'Orleans and its exotic animals. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and freezer; a hairdryer is also provided.
