## About the house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. The living room has a sofa, TV, sideboard and dining table with four chairs. A sliding door separates it from the lower-level bedroom, which has a double bed, clothes stand and a window overlooking the palace’s internal atrium.

The wood-and-blue-tile kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, oven, fridge, freezer, juicer and washing machine. The adjacent bathroom has a shower cubicle, and a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.

An iron-and-glass spiral staircase leads from the living room to an open mezzanine protected by a railing. This sleeping area has a French bed, wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A small window provides access to a second terrace overlooking Piazza Magione, with a view of the sea.

Palermo’s central station is about a 10-minute walk away, with onward connections to the airport and other Sicilian destinations.

The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. Contact the team before travelling with pets.
