What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
What amenities are included in the suites?
Suite amenities include king-sized beds, private terraces, en-suite bathrooms with toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and air conditioning. Select suites offer semi-private pools and garden views.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in the main guest areas and accommodations and is described as suitable for general work, video calls, and streaming.
Are there additional charges for services?
Transfers, spa treatments, private dining, drinks, and excursions are charged separately unless included in a specific package.
Can private transfers be arranged?
Private transfers and concierge support can be arranged for guests who wish to travel between the property and the city.
