The open-plan living area has comfortable furnishings, a large TV, floor-to-ceiling windows with Gulf views and a queen sleeper sofa. A private balcony overlooks the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and toaster. An adjacent dining area provides space for meals.

Both bedrooms have king beds. The primary bedroom has a private en suite bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower; the second bedroom has easy access to the second full bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, cable/satellite TV, linens and bath towels are provided. Comforters and coverlets are laundered before every check-in.

Shared resort facilities include an outdoor Gulf-front pool, lap pool, heated community pool access, community hot tub, gas grills, fitness room and tennis courts. A key fob provides access to on-site amenities. Free parking is included for two vehicles. The property has self check-in with a keyless lock, and security cameras are present in common areas.

The condo has beachfront access and is steps from the Gulf. Flora-Bama is five miles away; downtown Pensacola and the Pensacola Lighthouse are just over 16 miles away.

Elevator modernization is scheduled from September 2026 through March 2027. Only one elevator may operate, and both may be temporarily out of service. Expect longer waits, possible loss of elevator access, construction crews, equipment and noise.

The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days of arrival, 100% is due. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% partial refund is provided less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a full refund.
