House rules
Pets and smoking are not permitted. Children are welcome. There is no oceanfront firepit; it was banned by the homeowners association. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $1200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure. Payment is 50% at reservation, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Paid prepayments are 100% refundable for cancellation 90 days or more before arrival and 0% refundable thereafter.
Getting there
The home is directly beside Sunset Beach with direct beach access and a private beach area, within a gated community. A vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding region. Community recreational facilities are subject to reservations and availability.
