Settle into five bedrooms beside Sunset Beach in the gated Pajaro Dunes community. The home sleeps up to 10 guests, with an ocean-facing great room, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor spaces set among the dunes.

A private outdoor hot tub, beach chairs and a gas grill make time at home easy. Community courts offer more ways to play, subject to reservations and availability.

Pets and smoking are not permitted. Children are welcome. There is no oceanfront firepit; it was banned by the homeowners association. A security-deposit pre-authorization of $1200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure. Payment is 50% at reservation, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Paid prepayments are 100% refundable for cancellation 90 days or more before arrival and 0% refundable thereafter.
