House rules
Maximum occupancy is 22 guests. Groups exceeding 16 guests incur an additional per-person nightly charge. Exceptions may be made for couples and families with children. Minimum stays are three nights in green season, four nights in high season and six nights in peak season.
Getting there
The beach and downtown Jaco are a short walk away. The villa spans four floors and has a rooftop terrace and an elevator.
